educational curriculum. The American College of Preventive
Medicine (ACPM) has certified the courses in this curriculum as
having met the standards of the Accreditation Council for Continuing
Medical Education (ACCME) for nine hours of Category 1 CME credit
toward the American Medical Association's Physician Recognition

An Example of Proven Results:
A nine hospital, 2614 bed integrated
delivery system client recently reported a
22% decrease in pressure ulcers following
implementation of recommendations deriving
from Patient Safety Solutions' assessment
and improvement process. Using very
conservative financial calculation methods,
this amounts to almost $5 million annual
cost savings to this system.
This same nine hospital system
recently showcased during a two month long
JCAHO survey of its nine
hospitals approximately 50 safety and
quality improvement initiatives it had been
implementing in response to the Patient
